Our Story

We see the escalating motor traffic accidents in Tamale as a serious public health issue. As concerned citizens of Tamale, we deem it a moral obligation to act by complementing the efforts of the Government and other stakeholders in safeguarding lives.
Our key areas of work include:
• Advocacy for safe riding practices and enforcement of helmet use.
• Community outreach, education, and awareness campaigns in schools, markets, and transport hubs.
• Pedestrian safety and responsibilities education and advocacy.
• Lobbying Parliament to enact laws that will improve road traffic safety
• Research and data gathering on road safety challenges within Tamale and its environs.
• Victim support services, including hospital visitation, chaplaincy, and psychosocial care.
